Finally I scanned this thing so now you guys can see it better!
Here is the Queen of all of the avatars (of the ones in the series I've done.) She is pretty much their master, although it's backwards kinda, because she is also their slave. Uh...I can't think of anything else to say.
The lyrics are copyright (c) of Metallica. The song is "Sad But True". Woot woot.
I had a lot of fun with this one. Tried a lot of interesting techiniques, etc. Yeah I have not much else to say. You should see it in real life. The detail is WAY better.
Pen and Ink, india ink, gouache paints, white chalk pastel.
My A.D.D. just went "Wheeeeee!", I love the details. Dispite what you say about them not as good as the real thing. You have a nice transition between the normal looking side and the other, especially around the lips. The one thing I will point out is perhaps more shading around the regular side of the face.
Ironically I'm listening to Metallica right now.

The amount of grotesque details you can fit into a piece never ceases to amaze me. D: *le sigh* The fact that the eye (okay, the...the one in the eyesocket on her left) has more than one iris reminds me of something, but I can't remember what. >:E Some anime, I think. Either Evangelion, or Yu-Gi-Oh!
Lolololol the fact that I'm confusing those two is hilarious.
To me.
>_>
Back to the comment, beK.
I love how all of the clustered eyes are different sizes and shapes. It looks really gross. XD The teeth look incredible, and I'm in love with the blood dripping off the chin. <3_<3 Although all that shit coming out of her skin. XPXPXP It reminds me of chicken finger disease and makes me want to run away screaming and hide under my covers and CRY, you monster.
In other words, job well done! 8D
Psssst: Chicken Finger Disease. Okay, that's not it's AXUAL name. It's ____-Lulz Syndrome. But doesn't it look like fried chicken from KFC? @_@
And who knows. Maybe I will see a day in the professional arena. I might soon be doing some minor work in designing book covers for my mom but I'm not sure about it yet. There's too much pressure involved in creating art for other people and getting paid for it, and I'm way too laid back (and also stubborn I suppose in some respects) in creating artwork to make it a job. I want to continue to love what I do and I don't want it to turn into a chore rather than staying a fun hobby of mine. But like I said, who knows.

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. This newsletter was "born" back in March 2007, from a conversation between ~Lareth and =FrozenStarRo, who with the help of their friends *Iardacil and *Sylwiaa , wanted to make something to promote known and unknown photomanipulators alike here on DeviantArt. As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same.
