FIRST AND FOREMOST
Yes, by now you all know I usually have to put disclaimers on these sorts of things, so bear with me. I have to until it is deemed unnecessary. Some day, folks, some day.... DISCLAIMER: I do not in any way condone nor wish to commit suicide. Yes, I realize this picture MIGHT lead people to think otherwise, but dammit, it's called artistic expression--GET THE HELL OVER YOURSELF. --------------------------------------------------------------------- That being said--Here's another pic I've been waiting on submitting, cause, well, for obvious reasons.  Um.....Let's see..... I really like how this turned out, because so many places I messed it up and then used the screw-ups to my advantage and created something cooler. I really love using pen and ink, I've found. Also I employed a technique a manga book demonstrated--dipping gauze with cotton balls in it in ink and blotting it all over the place.  It created a cool effect. ^_^The symbolism is....well. I'll let you figure that out for yourself, as I usually expect people to do. Just know that I have an explanation for everything in my pictures and if you really ARE that curious, just ask. This pic is going to be in an art show. ^_^ This pic, and the Cupid pic, and Portable Prison, and The Screaming Forest...and this other pic which I'm about to upload called....well...you'll see it prolly, cause I can't think of a title yet |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.  reports, 1d 23h agoThis newsletter was "born" back in March 2007, from a conversation between ~Lareth and =FrozenStarRo, who with the help of their friends *Iardacil and *Sylwiaa , wanted to make something to promote known and unknown photomanipulators alike here on DeviantArt. As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices.
